Stump Grinding
Most conifers don’t grow back but many broadleaved trees will attempt to regrow and will send up shoots. If left untreated, after only a couple of seasons, customers will gain an unsightly area of dense regrowth.
There are a number of solutions – including treating the cut stump with herbicide to prevent regrowth to mechanically destroying the stump using a stump grinder.
Stump grinding aims to remove the main section of the stump and any large lateral roots so that the area can be replanted or landscaped in some other way.
